Propeller Repair

Every repair is different, from minor bends or nicks to full blade adjustments and major welding to build up missing areas.
NiBrAl, Bronze or stainless steel, each repair is done to the highest standards and a before and after report is provided with each propeller repair.
Extra care is taken to ensure no extra diameter or blade thickness is lost during the repairs.
Propeller Sizing
With PropExpert software we are able to size and compare virtually any inboard propeller, for new vessel builds as well as re-powers or to find the optimal reduction or propeller size for your project. Propeller design, number of blades and other factors are all taken into consideration.
Shaft sizing is available as well.
Propeller Scanning
Every propeller repair is carried out with computerized scanning throughout the repair process. Our scanning table is equipped with the state of the art inspection software, TrueProp.
